Elyse C. Bec Designs accepts Visa, Mastercard, as well as payment by check or money order.
We will accept any product in its original condition with tags still in place for exchange the first 14 days after the date of shipment. Elyse C. Bec, inc. will not waive or refund shipping charges for any returns or exchanges.
Please contact us by phone at 312.391.2883 or email (info@elysecbec.com) if you need to exchange. You can send an item back to 3415 N. Claremont. We will send an email back to you letting you know that we have refunded your purchase (not shipping.)
We ship all our packages via UPS - Ground to residential and business addresses. We cannot accept PO Boxes. Next day and 2nd day services are available at an extra charge. Please allow 5-7 business days to process and ship an order. We use recycled shipping material whenever possible.
Illinois residents add 10.25% for sales tax.
