What is the sizing on toddler sweaters?
Sweaters are meant to be a bit big so that the baby can grow into them and get as much use as possible. Size 0 is for a 3 month - 1 year old. A size 1 is for a 1 - 2 year old. A size 2 is for a 2 - 3 year old. A size 3 is for a 3 - 3.5 year old. If it is a big baby, then it is recommended to buy a size bigger. So if the baby is 1.5 years, but is larger, it is recommended to get a 2, or call us with questions! 312.391.2883
How do I care/clean my alpaca scarf or poly-cotton baby sweater?
You can always dry clean these items. However, if you chose not to, no worries. You can hand-wash them with a gentle cleaner like baby shampoo. Never, ever put either of these items in the dryer. They should be place flat on a towel and left to dry.
How do I return an item?
You can return an item within 14 days of its receipt. Send us an email letting us know that it is coming back. Then, send the item to Elyse C. Bec Designs/SuperCute!, 3415 N. Claremont, Chicago, Il 60618, and we will refund your purchase once we receive the item. We will also send an email to confirm that we have refunded you your money.
How Do I Exchange an Item?
Send us an email saying that you would like an exchange to info@supercutebabysweaters.com We will then email you when we receive the item, and send a different item to you. We will email you when the new item is shipped. You are responsible for the shipping both ways, but there is no exchange fee.
